  • Training and workshops: Technology training and process optimization workshops.

3. Free Tools

Our free browser-based tools are provided “as is” without warranty. Key points:

  • Local storage: These tools store data in your browser’s local storage. We do not collect, transmit, or store your tool data on our servers.
  • Data responsibility: You are responsible for backing up any data stored in the tools. Clearing your browser data will delete tool data.
  • Availability: We aim to keep free tools available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Modifications: We may update, modify, or discontinue free tools at any time.

4. Consulting and Development Services

Consulting engagements and custom software development are governed by separate agreements between Leanario and the client. These Terms of Service govern only the use of this website and free tools.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Website content: All content on leanario.com (text, design, code, graphics) is owned by Leanario Solutions Inc. and protected by Canadian copyright law.
  • Free tools: The free tools are provided for personal and commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the tools.
  • Your data: You retain ownership of all data you input into our free tools. We have no claim to your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leanario Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our free tools. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be $0 for free tool users).
